DESCRIPTION
Chaya Shari Standard plates are the most advanced composite plates on the market, making elite and innovative technology accessible and affordable. Arguably, the most remarkable feature is the Dual Center Mount (DCM) system. Our 2-point mounting system means you can mount your Chaya plate to your Chaya boot without using any power tools! You can mount your plates yourself following a very simple process that absolutely anybody can do. Mount your plates in very few minutes to your Chaya boots by simply fixing two screws with the provided hand tool. DCM enables you to shift your plate forwards and backward, and from side to side to compliment your preferred skating style. However, Shari plates are also compatible with any other derby boot. The Chaya Cherry Bomb Stopper toe stop is positioned at an offset. This anatomically orientated position lets you stop faster, accelerate with more power, and makes toe stop work a dream! This along with our Power Toe System (PTS) which follows the natural shape of the boot offers superior power transfer as the boot and plate are more closely connected. Aluminum cast trucks are locked in by super strong cushion cups made of Delrin. This lightweight 20° plate made of fiberglass reinforced nylon (GFK) is equipped with high-end Jelly Interlock polyurethane (PU-) cushions that provide great control and maneuverability. Chaya Shari plates offer unparalleled features at an affordable price.

Sizing advice for inline skates

FIND YOUR SKATE SIZE

For the best performance, inline skates should have a snug fit. It's not necessary to buy inline skates one size larger than your foot size; as they break in, all inline skates will expand and widen over time. It's important to know that soft boots will expand more than hybrid or carbon boots.

3 EASY STEPS TO MEASURE YOUR FEET:

Step 1

Place and fix an A4 sheet of paper on the floor against a straight wall that ends flush with the floor. Wear your usual skating socks for more accuracy and place your foot on the sheet with your heel touching the wall (make sure your heel touches the wall without significant pressure.)

Step 2

Stand relaxed on the foot you are measuring and draw a line around the outline of your foot starting at the big toe. Be sure to hold the pencil vertically to prevent any deviation. It's ideal to have a friend draw the line for better accuracy. Measure the length of the paper to the line: that's your MONDOPOINT size.

TIP: For the best fit, measure your foot after a short skating session or at the end of the day as your foot will naturally swell and expand.

Step 3

Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements. The correct size will be the length of the longer foot:
Precision fit add 2-3mm.
Comfort fit add 4-6mm.
