The Chaya Kismet Barbiepatin is the perfect introductory "everything you need" park skate. Dying to hit the park but not sure you have the right skates? On a limited budget but want the perfect skate for the park? The Kismet is for you! Designed and developed in cooperation with the incredible Barbara Luciana, this skate has everything you need to start shredding today! An extremely comfortable yet supportive mid-cut boot mounted on our Chaya Shari composite plate which is stiff and sturdy to not let you down in the skate park. The setup includes a short stem toe stop and our asymmetrical grind block which offers plenty of new trick options. Sugar Rush wheels in 59mm / 92A and Wicked ABEC 7 bearings let you roll fast and with ease to the skate park and between the obstacles you want to master. With the Kismet skates, you truly have everything you need for an amazing price.

Chaya boots based on our vintage outsole feature the truFIT last which has the following characteristics: • Made to fit all feet • Softer construction to adjust to foot easily • Comfortable fit, medium to wide width front and ankle area • Heel fit with wider volume • Normal arch • High volume instep • 8mm heel raise This specific last is used in a variety of skate models. Where applicable the larger sizes of the particular model starting from size 43 are using a slightly wider last as those skates are mainly used by male skaters. The truFIT last is used for the following skate models: Vintage - Voyager - Pink Laser - Air Brush - Sunset beach - Sketch - Jump 2.0 Derby - Ruby Park - Kismet Barbiepatin Jam - Chameleon High and Low

Sizing advice for inline skates

FIND YOUR SKATE SIZE

For the best performance, inline skates should have a snug fit. It's not necessary to buy inline skates one size larger than your foot size; as they break in, all inline skates will expand and widen over time. It's important to know that soft boots will expand more than hybrid or carbon boots.

3 EASY STEPS TO MEASURE YOUR FEET:

Step 1

Place and fix an A4 sheet of paper on the floor against a straight wall that ends flush with the floor. Wear your usual skating socks for more accuracy and place your foot on the sheet with your heel touching the wall (make sure your heel touches the wall without significant pressure.)

Step 2

Stand relaxed on the foot you are measuring and draw a line around the outline of your foot starting at the big toe. Be sure to hold the pencil vertically to prevent any deviation. It's ideal to have a friend draw the line for better accuracy. Measure the length of the paper to the line: that's your MONDOPOINT size.

TIP: For the best fit, measure your foot after a short skating session or at the end of the day as your foot will naturally swell and expand.

Step 3

Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements. The correct size will be the length of the longer foot:
Precision fit add 2-3mm.
Comfort fit add 4-6mm.
